Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name and mailing address of every contributor and the occupation and name of employer of individuals who contribute more than $200 in a two-year election cycle. An individual may donate up to $2,100 per primary and up to $2,100 per general election from personal funds.
Contributions are not tax-deductible. Federal law prohibits contributions in federal elections from corporations, entities taxed as corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence, so we ask that neither they nor any L.L.C. or similar business entity contribute through this web site. A check drawn on a joint account, signed by only one account holder, will be attributed for F.E.C. reporting purposes to the individual who signed the check.
If you have already contributed the maximum $2100 for the primary, please designate any further contributions (also limited to $2100) for the general election.
